All fine art prints are made to order and will be shipped in 7-10 business days.

NOTE: If you order a framed print please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for your custom framing before your item is shipped.

Your order will be sent with tracking. When your art is leaving the studio, you will be emailed the tracking number so you can be sure your print is making its way safely to you.

All our prints are expertly packaged in rigid, made to size, double walled cardboard boxes, ensuring maximum protection during transit.

Your artwork should arrive in perfect condition as it is expertly and carefully packed and shipped.

We understand though that the postal service can be a wild ride. As such we offer a 100% quality satisfaction guarantee. 

Simply contact us within 24hrs with photographs of the damage/issue and packaging and we will organise a replacement for you.

We have a 14 day returns policy which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

As each print is custom and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sale items. Please email us for your free custom mock up of the artwork in your space so you can be sure you are choosing the perfect piece for your room.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us with photos of the item/packaging within 24hrs. Once we receive your email, we will assess your concerns and process a replacement product for you.
