Your order will be sent with tracking. When your art is leaving the studio, you will be emailed the tracking number so you can be sure your print is making its way safely to you.

All our prints are expertly packaged. Depending on the size of your order the print will be shipped either flat with cardboard backing or rolled in a rigid art mailing tube.

Once you receive your order, we ask you look at it straight away and report any concerns to us within 3 days. Please take photos of any faults and email them immediately. Once we receive your email, we will assess your concerns and process a refund or replacement product.
